About This Site

The Alida product suite is distributed by region. Each instance of our products is hosted in a specific regional pod. Follow the steps below to determine which pod your product instance is hosted in:

Sparq 3: To identify which region your Insight Community is hosted in, login to Sparq 3. Once logged in, look at the URL in your browser’s address bar, and you will see your pod.
Eg: na2.visioncritical.com/c/vci-ui-shell/#home

Sparq 1: To identify which region your Insight Community is hosted in, login to Sparq 1, and click ‘Community Metrics’ from the ‘Sparq Next Gen’ menu. When viewing your Health Metrics, look at the URL in your browser’s address bar, and you will see your pod.
Eg: na1.visioncritical.com/c/vci-ui-shell/#metrics

Idea Screen: All Idea Screen instances are located in the NA1 pod.

Once you have located the pod your application is hosted in, we highly recommend using the ‘Subscribe’ link above to be notified of any status changes for your product.

Investigating - There's currently an issue that is impacting subgroups of clients in AP2 pod, where the platform fails to load the reports and gives an umbrella error. Our engineers are currently investigating this issue and working towards a solution.
