The Alida product suite is distributed by region. Each instance of our products is hosted in a specific regional pod. To determine which pod your product instance is hosted in, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to Alida.
2. Once logged in, the pod will be located in the URL in your browser’s address bar.
For example, app.na2.alida.com

Once you have located the pod your product instance is hosted in, we highly recommend using the ‘Subscribe to Updates’ link above to be notified of any status changes for your product.
